charged twice $29 for a phone call.At no time was I advised about the charges.

Call made from Sydney to Indonesia. They have a duty to advise us of charges. Have lodged a formal complaint through Telstra and will send a copy to the ACCC, Local MP and Ombudsman. They have an Australian office as well.
