charged twice $29 for a phone call. At no time was I advised about the charges.

Call made from Sydney to Indonesia. They have a duty to advise us of charges. Have lodged a formal complaint through Telstra and will send a copy to the ACCC, Local MP and Ombudsman. They have an Australian office as well.

All customer service enquiries are generally dealt with while the Customer is on the phone with a Customer Service Representative, or within one business day of receiving an email enquiry.
