Similar experience to recent complainant. Held up in traffic jam on M5 on 8th April 2017 (3 hrs).

Used call box at service station at J 30. Cash (60p) not accepted nor debit card. Credit card accepted but no connection made. Now discover I have been charged £6 for call not made.

I am only making this review in the hope that something may be done to prevent this sort of rip off continuing and affecting others.
