Then, I find that they are placing another $103 charge on my card, you guessed it, another $35 overdraft fee. That's $105 in overdraft fees, not to mention the $176 phone calls. I've already contacted my bank about helping me go after BBG. There is no way I'm paying $281 for 16 minutes worth of phone calls. ABSURD.
How did everyone else resolve their situation with BBG?

There are still miscellaneous charges that make absolutely no sense. 6 charges for two phone calls? Luckily I placed these calls onto a credit card and my checking account was spared. Still, this company is an absolute scam, and I intend to complain until they decide to refund every last cent. |
