I paid 67 euro for a short conversation in france to denmark. I called 2 days earlier and used me card at another phonecompany that onle charged me 4.73 euro for the same type of call and about the same duration. BBG LONDON is ripping their clients for obscure and outrageous prices !!!

When you use their services there is No chance to learn about their prices. So you are really f.... as a customer who just want to call home for a few minutes.

I am on my way to my bank to refuse or morelikely to claim a refund and deny the payment!

I was charged nearly $100 for two calls from Costa Rica totaling no more than 5 minutes. They were charged to a debit card, so I disputed the charges with my bank. I just got a letter from the bank confirming they have accepted my claim and the temporary refunds are now final. It took the full three months, so I'm assuming BBG just didn't respond to the dispute, but I got my money back.  

 

Definitely go and dispute these charges with your bank or credit card company. If enough people do this the company will get flooded and hopefully either fold or change their business model.
